Hormone Care Planning
(age 19+)

If you're ready to start hormones and need a letter of recommendation, this offering is for you! I know from personal experience that it can feel stressful and vulnerable to access gender-affirming care, and I would be honoured to support you through this process.

We'll have a 60-90 minute conversation about your gender journey so far, your goals for hormones, and any worries you have about the process. I'll send you the letter I write so you can let me know if I missed anything, and with your consent, I will send it directly to your hormone prescriber.
Payment Policies
Many extended health coverage plans will cover master-level Registered Social Workers - please check with your individual insurance plan. I issue an official receipt following payment for submission to your insurance.
I am a registered First Nations Health Authority and Crime Victim Assistance Program provider and offer direct billing for FNHA and CVAP clients.

For all other clients, I accept payment via e-transfer. As a social worker, there is no GST charged on my services.
